The Bounce is made in small batches in New York. Orders leave us within two business days and usually arrive 3 to 5 days later. You will get a tracking link by email.

Skincare is personal, and we want you to love The Bounce. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is on you, sorry about that, we are small. Opened bottles cannot be resold, so we cannot take them back, with one exception. If your skin reacts, write to us within 14 days and tell us what happened. You keep the bottle, and we refund or replace it, whichever you prefer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
