SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship within the United States. The Bounce is made in small batches in New York. Orders leave us within 2 business days of your order. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Shipping within the United States is free. If your package arrives damaged, write to us at hello@softcore.skin within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we will send a replacement. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you and ship it again once the address is confirmed. The second shipment is charged at cost. RETURNS Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Write to us first at hello@softcore.skin with your order number, and we will tell you where to send it. Return shipping is paid by you. Please use a tracked service, because we can only refund what arrives. Opened products cannot be returned, because skincare that has been opened cannot be resold. One exception. If your skin reacts to The Bounce, write to us within 14 days of delivery and tell us what happened. You keep the bottle. We will refund the product price or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. This applies once per customer. REFUNDS Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving, or, for a skin reaction, within 5 business days of your message. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS If your order has not shipped yet, we can change or cancel it. Write to us as soon as you can with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies. TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated September 25, 2026. Welcome to softcore.skin, run by Ten Five Eighty LLC, doing business as Softcore Skin, Rye, New York. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. 1. OUR PRODUCTS Our products are cosmetics. They are made to care for the skin. They are not medicines, they do not treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, are pregnant or nursing, or have any health concern, talk to your doctor before using a new skincare product. Every product is for external use only. Keep out of eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Before first use, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. If redness, itching, or irritation appears at any time, stop using the product and contact a doctor if it persists. Ingredients are listed on every product and on the product page. It is your responsibility to check them for anything you know you react to. 2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund. Payments are processed by Squarespace Payments, powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. 3. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS These are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms. 4. YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR CONDUCT You must be at least 18 to buy from us. Keep your account details accurate. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, do not try to break into it, copy it, or interfere with how it works, and do not post anything harmful, false, or that belongs to someone else. 5. OUR CONTENT Everything on this site, including the Softcore Skin name and logo, the product names, the texts, photographs, videos, and the design, belongs to Ten Five Eighty LLC or is used with permission. You may look at it and share links to it. You may not copy, sell, or use it commercially without our written permission. 6. REVIEWS AND THINGS YOU SEND US If you send us a review, a comment, a photo, or an idea, you give us permission to use it, without payment, in connection with Softcore Skin, including on this site and on social media, and you confirm it is yours to give. We may edit for length or remove anything. We do not need to use it. Please do not send us anything confidential. 7. WARRANTIES WE MAKE OUR PRODUCTS WITH CARE, AND WE STAND BEHIND THEM AS DESCRIBED IN THE SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY. BEYOND THAT, THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AS IS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RESULTS VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON. DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES ARE AS ACCURATE AS WE CAN MAKE THEM, BUT COLOURS AND TEXTURES CAN LOOK DIFFERENT ON YOUR SCREEN AND CAN VARY A LITTLE FROM BATCH TO BATCH, BECAUSE OUR INGREDIENTS ARE NATURAL. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TEN FIVE EIGHTY LLC, ITS OWNERS, AND ANYONE WORKING WITH US ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT CONCERNED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO SOME OF THEM MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. INDEMNITY If your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the site or the products, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees. 10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES The site may link to other sites or use third-party services such as payment, shipping, email, or analytics. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. 11. CHANGES We can change these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. We will note the date of the last update at the top. 12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us. Most things can be sorted out with an email. 13. GENERAL If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. These terms and our Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies are the whole agreement between you and us. If we do not enforce a part of these terms at some point, we can still enforce it later. PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated September 25, 2026. This policy explains what information Softcore Skin (Ten Five Eighty LLC, Rye, New York) collects when you use softcore.skin, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep the data short. WHAT WE COLLECT When you buy something: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. Your payment details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. When you write to us: your name, email address, and what you write. When you join our newsletter: your email address, and whether you open our emails. When you visit the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view, and how you got here. This comes from cookies and similar tools. See Cookies below. WHY WE USE IT To fulfil and deliver your order and to send you order confirmations and tracking emails. To answer your messages. To send you our newsletter if you asked for it. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. To prevent fraud and to meet our legal duties, including tax records. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing. WHO HELPS US We use trusted services to run the shop, and they process data on our behalf: Squarespace (website and shop hosting, order management, email campaigns, site statistics), Squarespace Payments, powered by Stripe (payment processing), USPS and Pirate Ship (shipping labels and tracking), and our email provider. Each of them has its own privacy policy and is only allowed to use your data to provide its service to us. COOKIES Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site uses cookies that are needed for the shop to work, such as your cart and checkout, and, if you accept them, analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner or block cookies in your browser settings. The shop still works without analytics cookies. EMAIL You only get our newsletter if you sign up for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. Order emails are not marketing and are sent to everyone who orders. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT Order records for as long as tax law requires, currently seven years. Messages for as long as we need them to help you, then we delete them. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Site statistics as set by Squarespace. YOUR RIGHTS You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it by law. Write to hello@softcore.skin.

We answer within 30 days. If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, or another state with a privacy law, you have these rights under that law, and we honour them for everyone. We do not discriminate against you for using them. CHILDREN This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it. SECURITY The site uses encryption (HTTPS). Payments are handled by a certified payment processor. We limit who at Softcore Skin can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care. CHANGES We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when. If a change matters, we will say so on the site.
